What counselling with me feels like:

My approach is calm, reflective, honest, and collaborative.

I do not see counselling as someone fixing you. I see it as a space where we slow things down, listen carefully, and understand what has been difficult to face alone.

Depending on your needs, our work may include emotional awareness, practical coping strategies, trauma-informed reflection, relationship patterns, values, boundaries, and self-understanding.

You may look like you are coping, but inside you feel anxious, disconnected, tired, or unsure who you are becoming. Counselling gives you a quiet, honest space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin responding to life differently.
